gabby, thank you for the recommendation on the theracane and trigger point book, this, I am convinced is what I have, I work full time nights as a nurse, so with 12hr shifts and an hour drive to work, I'm not as religious with this as I should, but it is helping, and I am trying to make time to read more of the book as it is so informative. I also would not be without my foam roller, and these balls I got from the PT, they are hard like raquetballs, and work really well for headaches at the bottom of the skull area. Mrs Sweetiebear have you tried these and are they helping you?
