Quit taking a medicine that was causing weight loss and kidney problems. I have been off it for 2 weeks now and feel better. I see the doctor in 2 weeks so see if things have improved.. I am putting on weight which makes me very happy! My question, my bf made very negative remarks last night when I mentioned my weight. She thinks I need to gain weight, which I will. She went on to tell me how awful I looked and how sick. (She hasn't seen me in five months!) She's told me this many times and I always discounted it, but last night I had trouble sleeping thinking about it. This is a woman thats stick thin, is on a low sodium diet and eats very little. She's a very negative person, about everything. Lately, its just too much. When I saw my chiropractor he told me how important positive thinking is to one's health and to stay away from negative people! I guess I just answered my question, lol! How do you handle negative nellie's??
