@tockerman@freakygirlThat's what was happening with a family member and they tested everything finally said it was orthostatic hypotension where your blood pressure drops and your heart beats faster to try to bring the pressure up and sometimes you faint.
I guess the symptoms of this and vasovagel syncope may be similar but I think in the vasovagel, your heart beat starts to slow.
The doctor recommended compression stockings and also to drink enough water thru-out the day (but don't overdo). This person stands on her feet all day too!She is also on some kind of medication for it but i don't know which one.
I got the copper socks for her and I use them and got them for my daughter and we all like them. They massage your feet. I didn't know they had compression stockings. I'll look for those because all the ones I've tried at drugstores are awful and too tight.

It might be worth getting your boood sugar levels tested to make sure that your sugar count isn't too low. I have had these issues with Hypoglycemia.

At the very least they should be putting you on a haltor monitor for a few days to be certain it isn't a heart arrythmia.

I just wanted to mention too, that a cardiologist did have a halter monitor on her and also she had blood sugar testing-she was okay with those except for sometimes rapid heart beat.
And as others have said, you should be tested for all those things but if all are normal, well I am so glad my person had a cardiologist who stuck with her and said we are going to find out the problem and did! wheras her PT suggested it was nerves and that she see a pyschiatrist!
A common diagnosis for women-makes me so mad.
Orthostatic hypotension is not usual but where your brain does not always do a good job of regulating blood pressure. They don't know why.
It is difficult to find a doctor that after tests come up normal, give up on you and say, well, its anxiety or something when it isn't always that!
I wish we all could have the kind of doctor in what was that tv show with the crabby doctor who was great at diagnosing and wouldn't give up when no one could figure out what was wrong?
Anyway, good luck to you and we'll be thinking of you!
edited cause so sorry I kept thinking the op was you freaky girl, anyway-hope all feel better!

I have a friend who has passed out twice in her life - she was checked out both times and they found nothing.

My friend passed out twice in church; tried to blame it on not eating breakfast and getting too hot. After the third time, she had testing on her heart that showed cardiac insufficiency and had a pacemaker implanted. She has not had any further problems.

@freakygirl,Please alow yourself to heal from this weight. All of us can only "do the best we can do" at times.
You wouldn't have purposely done anything wrong.
