But I didn't appreciate how much nicer until I used the spring rebounder! The difference between the bungees and the springs is amazing. Before the new one arrived I was thinking I would keep one of the spring rebounders as a backup. Now I don't think I ever want to get on one of the spring ones again. It is totally quiet which is great also!

The Cellercizer is the spring model, correct? The best one is the Bellicon...did I read that correctly? I was thinking of getting a Bellicon, so it wanted to get all reviews.

Yes the Cellercizer has springs. I just jump or run. No routine. I was on it today for over one hour while watching TV. Except for several potty breaks ;-). I think the spring ones are more tiring. The jumping surface on my 44" is actually only 37" I talked with customer service at Bellicon and told them I thought their numbers were misleading since their 44" includes part of the bungees. They agreed that the bungees are not to be jumped on. I did purchase the xstrong bungees even though I should have the strong according to my weight.

Re: does anyone use a rebounder?

fyi: At Jumpsport website if you put in 'HOME10" you get 10% off till 7/31.

Question, I saw a jumpsport on a tv show and it had a bar to hold on to. Don't see that at the website. I think I would want a tramp with a bar. Didn't see it as an accessory either.

Does anyone see the need for a bar?

Re: does anyone use a rebounder?

I bought a Jumpsport about a year ago. I run and walk, but I also like to change things around in my home gym. I have an elliptical, but I prefer my rebounder and my step (like the ones at the gym). I jump fast, high-knee run, do side kicks, then I'll get off the rebounder for a few minutes and do some step moves.

There are some videos on youtube, if you need some ideas for how to get the most from your workout. Changing things around helps prevent boredom and helps work more muscle groups.

I do not have a bar.

Pardon me for ""jumping"" in...

I was wondering how high your ceilings are. This would have to go in the basement (unfinished) and while I'm short I wondered how high you all jump and what the clearance should be for the ceiling height.

I also have one on my Pilates Reformer. I work out with weights in the gym and use the elliptical for my cardio. Now I have added the Pilates Reformer and Rebounder three times a week for 1 1/2 hours each day. The workout is amazing.

Re: does anyone use a rebounder?

My Bellicon arrived today and I LOVE IT!! Wow, it's so different than my squeaky old Urban Rebounder. I feel like I'm jumping on marshmallows and there is NO noise! I got the largest size and that extra room is really nice to have. I know I will be using it all the time.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Mine is in a room with 8-foot ceilings. I'm 5'7", and I never have a problem unless I get too close to the ceiling fan.
