I go to the dermatologist every 6 months for body checks. I’ve had a couple of atypical moles, and there is melanoma on my mother’s side of the family. I strip down to bra and panties. It’s usually my dermatologist and a female aide. 

My doc teaches at Hopkins, and usually has an entourage of physicians training to be dermatologists, that follow him through the day. I often request that they not come along, and he as no problem with that.
