cellulitis

Has anyone had cellulitis? I have for about two weeks. I am taking antibiotics, soaking my foot/ankle, elevating it and keeping it wrapped but it is still VERY painful. My doctor just gave me 10 more days of antibiotics and said keep doing the things I mentioned. He couldn't say how long it lasts. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks.
