bodyblade with Albany

Hi friends! I was in the other room & couldn't hear it all, on the Bodyblade session that was just on, did Albany say that she actually uses it everyday? I thought she said something about it, but I didn't get the specifics Smiley Happy Thanks! xoxoxoxoxo
