@hayseed00 Wow, & congratulations.

What Lorena Garcia stated and you followed works for most . That is the basis for WW and many programs that work for some. Keeping track of what is eaten. Of course the healthiest of foods works the best, but we all have our items we want more of.

 

I think it is true that success is 80% what we eat and 20% exercise.

 

I do not like the taste of coconut oil and do not feel it is magical except cosmetically. It is great for the moisturizing the skin, removing makeup, and as a hair conditioner.
