this is so sad for all these children, and their parents. it seems the offspring have stopped aging.
this opens up many questions about genetics and immortality.
i do not believe i would want to life forever, nor have a child that could........but evidently these are true concerns which have occurred, and this is so very sad for all involved.
not knowing the outcome is if the parents pass on, they worry as to who will care for their immortal child, especially as far as keeping it safe from harm, because tests can be done on these children which could unveil the genetic question of is immortality a possibility in our futures?
we never thought cloning would occur and it has....
