ETA: @GingerHead  - I read the thread! I want to add that it was fascinating that a thread on sleeping/weighted blankets/etc. was the impetus for such an impactful chat about the noise. It was such a big gem planted right in the middle of a thread, and comments that could have easily been passed over. Yet @catter70 right there KNEW it had to be checked out as you pointed out the possible severity this little annoying noise could indicate! GREAT catch! Thanks again for providing the thread!

@catter70  I had the same. Pipeline embolization in late 2023 (aneurysm is on my right ICA) but they went through the femoral for mine.  I had it done at Hopkins. Just a heads up - I had bad headaches and what I describe as "lightning bolts" in my vision off and on for maybe 2 weeks after surgery then they just went away. Ice packs helped a lot with the headaches. I'd get some from Amazon in case you need them. They also have "ice caps" you put on your head when needed.  I had follow up angiograms at 6 months and 1 year, and Plavix + aspirin 325 for a year. Best of luck to you! So glad you found it.
