an alternative for Oraparx?

I adore this product and I plan on ordering many, many more from the company but once all stock is depleted, is there another option for those of us who want to continue using such an effective product? I saw a recipe both here and at a search site but where would you get foam mouth pieces to keep the saliva from mixing with the product? Is anyone else as disappointed as I am with this product being discontinued? I am truly sad. TIA

Where did you find the recipes? 

You can use teeth whitening trays ... that's what I've used.
