Yet another new diet plan NORDIC DIET

It must be time for a new set of eating rules, so one shows up. 

 

Is everyone keeping up with the new fads? 

 

This story just appeared in some major metro newspapers, but the major newspapers won't easily allow access to the story by Carrie Dennett.

25% fat?  Oooof.

 

And they include tofu?

Didn’t realize tofu was Nordic 

 

Just another low carb diet reincarnated w/ a new marketing tact.

Key word for me is fads.

 

I'm still happy with my slightly modified version of the WW plan from the early 1990's -  not about to adopt a fad diet.
