Why be dishonest about your profession?

What's wrong admitting to being a school secretary to the principal, CNA at a local hospital or receptionist at a law firm? No one really cares if your aren't the head nurse at a respectable hospital, the person in charge of a high school or an actual lawyer. Stretching the truth about your profession on a bulletin board can't be good for a persons mental health.
