So I've been experimenting with different brands of whole grain breads, found one and today reading on MSN the 10 worst breads to eat my bread was there!

I recently changed to another brand but sure enough, on the label for this one is soybean oil and that's a no no too.

Gathered the list and we'll try again to avoid all these no no's with bread.

Mono diglycerides  azodicarbonamide  soy flour  calcium peroxide

soybean oil  ethoxylated mono  DATEM  wheat prottein isolate

Guess I haven't been a great shopper or reader of the labels, I'll get better.

Dave's Bread for me. If I'm good I eat thin sliced. If I'm naughty then I just get the full sliced.

@granddi

I agree...Dave's Killer bread is good.

Too good.

I buy a loaf & it's gone before I know it.

Have to remember bread it's a calorie dense processed food.

Only once-in-a-blue moon.

I didn't find that list, but I Googled it and found a list on 'eatthis' (dot com) that had the 10 best and 10 worst.

The 'Ezekiel' brand breads mentioned here are in the best list.  Also, the Eureka 'Seeds the Day' that I purchase is on the best list.  Yay!

The stuff in the worst list is pretty much what one would expect, mainly including white breads (gack!).
