Which Program for Overworked Mom with a Smooshy Body?

I need opinions from those of you that have tried various programs here on the Q. I received a gift card for Christmas and I want to spend in on fixing my smooshy body. I am 5'4" and about 130lbs but I have 0% of lean muscle. I need to tone this up, I dont mind some actual muscles (I work only with males so some nice biceps might give me a little more credibility!) Im not completely out of shape, so I dont want the easiest thing in the world, but I need something I will stick with!

I have the p90x and as much as I liked it, I simply do not have the 1-1.5 hrs/day to devote to a workout (I add an hour to these for shower and getting ready time). I know everyone is busy, but I really do work 7 days a week, 8 months out of the year. My days range from 10-18 hour days at work and most importantly, I am a single mom too! I have Insanity also, but it is so stinking hard, I gave up after 3 workouts. Im not a dancer person so I dont think Zumba is for me. I just dont know what I need, but input is greatly appreciated!
