Re: What to eat at the mall today = Migraine

It's horrible, I knew I had a "sweet tooth" but what I was experiencing was so much more than that.  I could not control the cravings, and I'd sneak down to the candy machine and then eat the chocolate bar in the restroom so no one would see me wolf down so much candy! ( I was working at the time, I am now retired.)

I also have TMJ problems, caused excruiating pain, which started at the same time as my migraines.  I finally got relief from the TMJ pain by a dentist who created a splint for me to wear.  I could tell the difference between the TMJ episode and Migraines because with the Migraines I would get severe nausea with vomiting, but just had pain with the TMJ episodes.

Only other sufferers really know what we go through, and I sure hope those of you who are suffering find relief soon.
