What supplements do you take daily?

Since my recent hair thinning episode, I have found myself taking numerous supplements both vitamin and herbal. The multi-vitamin with iron was prescribed by O B/GYN, and the others were from friend's suggestions and even a couple from sweet posters who took the time to respond to my post from a few weeks ago.

I am now taking in the a.m.- Phytophanere vitamins (hair and nails)

Fish oil (Omegas)

Biotin (recommended DA)

Resveratrol

Evening Primrose

Green Tea

at bedtime I take- Multi-vitamin plus iron

Grape Seed

Evening Primrose

Prometrium (HRT) recently prescribed

Does anyone else take this many supplements or could I be turning into a supplement junkie in the hopes to save my hair for the anti-aging benefits? It's been over a month and I am not seeing the results I would like to see. My hair still comes out in brush, shower, etc. My stressful life hasn't changed one bit, but that can't be helped right now. I will have to do best I can. Thanks for letting me vent-
