Close to 20 years I had a mri and it showed nerves touching the bottom of my spine. Every few years I go in for a shot which helps my hips. Now the pain goes down my legs mostly below my knees.

I never took pills but dh is complaining about pain and can't take it so the doctors give him pills which don't do much good he says. He is using a cane sometimes to walk. He is scheduled for and mri but today it is an xray. Do the doctors just want to make money or what, sending him to pain clinics and such.
