What is going on with Tylenol?

I don't take this, my neighbor does. She says she can't find any products on the shelf, and no one knows why. She is one of these "got to have the brand name" people, generic will just not due. So now she is experimenting with Advil and other brand name products. Will Tylenol ever come back onto the market, or is my neighbor doomed to taking a bunch of products she knows nothing about, just because they are brand name?
