This definitely can be frustrating. 

 

I have this problem too, where there's a mistake in my records for a fractured right hip in my records.

 

I "supposedly" had surgery on this hip, too.

 

I have tried to get the error removed, but it's still there.

 

I did have problems with the tendons in that hip, but it wasn't fractured and I never had any surgery on it.
