This is why I try so hard to meditate every day & stay ‘present’.

Also my PB diet has helped immensely to calm down

the ‘monkey chatter’.

A friend who is a therapist who works with trauma victims (among others) told me that an estimated 60 million Americans suffer from anxiety disorder.

I am personally very familiar with it.

You are certainly not alone.

There is medication for all this. Do not be afraid to seek medical help. I should have been on medication for the last 20 yr. I just got started in Oct. & feel like a new person.

Not making light of this, it appears, many years and different times, I think I've touched many of those in your picture.  Don't know if words of others puts us in this situation of fears or it's just a natural way we react to things, for whatever the reason. ???
