Well I'm down to wearing only 1 contact lens

Every year this time, I start to get so much deposit on my lens (just in my left one!) that I end up only being able to wear the right one. I can take it out and clean it a dozen times, but each time, it fogs up so much I can't see. I even changed out to brand new lenses, nada. I called my eye dr. but she has no clue. Anyone ever have this happen?
