Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

TGIF fellow exercisers!!!

@Mmsfoxxie Yay for you!  Now you just need the flu shot!

@Laura14 I hope you have a relaxing and drama-free weekend!

Ran on the trail 👣 36min/3.17mi even though my legs were sore from the other day.  A nice breeze which helped as I am sooo outta shape!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Hey Happy Friday, still getting irritated, got the message again trying to sign in, can't heart anything.  I tried typing in the link and same message, doesn't seem to matter, now if I can sign out....  Sigh..

We lost power for most of the day so did my own routine on TG, and used my Gazelle, and walked outside.    Super windy here, 50 mph gusts...lots of branches to pick up in the yard.  The temp was 67 when I got up and now it's 50, with a Strong North wind.

Got my BFD's cardigan, I didn't have the Ahhh haaa moment I thought I would have, but I'm keeping it.  Other thing is the Vintage Rose Pink is Taupe, really it is...I should have stuck with black, black I know is black.  Oh well.

Not much else here, so have a good night!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Good morning everybody 😊!  No rain yesterday and a comfortable temp but boy did it drop at night! Into th fits and not expected to climb much.  Fall has arrived.

@bopper, Logo's colors are the most deceiving of them all.    I ordered something in plum, hoping for a color close to purple and got that taupey brown that you're probably talking about.  Ugly color but I kept it cause I loved the fit.

I've gotten that irritating 😠 message when logging in too but only a couple of times.

My 👛 that I ordered...LOVE IT.  I've worked it two days and it works.  Also it is the most expensive, most embarrassing purchase I've ever made.  But I've wanted one for years and time is marching on.

Zumba this morning and maybe some walking.  Then a trip to see my father at the facility that he hates.

Enjoy your day ladies!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Good Morning, I' am getting that message everytime I try and log in and then I can't log out, having a terrible time posting, I hit post and get the message...so if I am MIA I apologize but I can't take it anymore, it is driving me nuts.

Yesteray did a long hike, got in 21,000 Fitbit steps, and now I"m on my Gazelle glider as its drizzling out.   TG will be tomorrow's workout.

The leaves are starting to turn here but not very many yet.

Foxxie which purse did you get?  I am in need of a fall bag but geeze I can't pay over 100$, I should be totally honest even 50$ is a stretch for me but I wanted something hobo like, good organization, straps that can go over my winter coat and looks chic,,,,,

Football today and new shows starting this week.

Nomless new shows are starting....I forgot do you watch Survivor?  We love that.

Okay better run, wanted to get in a short walk, drizzle stopped for a bit.  Now if I can log out, otherwise I'm here for the long run LOL

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Hi, everybody.  @bopper, I got that message this morning, too.  I came back later but since my post was the last one, I just didn't post.

I didn't go to WW this morning because I'm still a couple of pounds beyond what I have to weigh to not pay the $14 that Lifetimer have to pay if two pounds or more over goal.  I'm four pounds over but if I lose two pounds within this week, I won't have to pay.  Sometimes I'm cheap, lol.  So I'm hoping that by Wednesday, I can go to a meeting.

@bopper, I have wanted a Louis Vuitton Neverfull handbag for years and was afraid to buy it because of the price being more than it's worth.  I decided to buy it because I knew it would make me feel good.  Also, since dealing with my father more closely, I realize more than before that I may not have control of anything for very long.  Sooo, I lost my sanity and bought that 👛 and

then worried about what hubby would say.  He didn't really say anything except asked be what kind of purse required a signature upon delivery. I told him the name of the purse knowing that wouldn't tell him much.  I didn't show him the box when it was delivered but I showed him the bag.  Every time I buy a purse he says the same thing...."isn't that just like the one you already have?"  Lol....

I'm expecting a little cash soon from a disbursement from an annuity that I have and I decided I was NOT going to spend  it on this house.  A house will bleed you dry with repairs and upkeep.  I'm so ready to move to a senior living setting.

I did 37 stairs today in the house with in place walking in between.

Enjoy your football games.  Hubby just left for the Vet Center to watch with the guys...well there are some ladies, too, but I don't go since I can't contribute to the conversation and enthusiasm.

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Good morning!  We're in for a nice crisp day.

I can't blame QVC for not being able to get in this time.  I think it was my router.

On tap for today is Senior Cardio and then my weight/cardio class, Strength & Motion.  maybe a walk afterwards but I doubt it.

Have a great day everybody!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

I cannot believe October 1 is a week from today.  This weekend felt more like July than late September.  Today is a bit cooler though (Praise the Lord!)  I'm in the office all week, so regular workout schedule.  Only Thursday I won't be teaching Zumba because the group ex manager is auditioning someone.   I have no idea if she will be taking over my spot, but I was told I wouldn't be teaching.

My floor project is FINALLY done.  Unfortunately, I don't love the tile as much as I love the laminate.  I think if I put some different rugs down that it might help.  It looks okay from the living room, but I don't like it when I am standing in the kitchen or bathroom.

I'm super busy today, so I'll just tell you all to have a good day!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Happy Monday and yes still getting Request Entity Too Large when I try and sign up, had to go back and back to try again ...

Today I did, Total Gym Total body circuits and my Gazelle, and took 2 dog walks, it's going to be the only nice day this week so thought I better get out.  The rest of the week will be much colder with rain.

Foxxie you desserve the purse, I'm glad it made you happy.   I'll look at Kohls or TJ Maxx, I like some bags here on the Q but can't afford the ones I like.

Dr.Kelli glad the floor is done, probably with some accent rugs it will be fine.

Judy how are you doing?

MickD, are you still getting nice weather, cooler perhaps.   Our leaves are just starting to turn, and the geese have gone now too and my hummingbirds.

Laura, hope nudie isn't in class today Hahaha,  or the other so called " strange" folks that seem to grace the door at your class

Nomless new shows start this week, hope you are doing okay

Have a great Monday folks!

Re: Welcome to the September Exercise Thread

Pound and Power Tuesday.

I actually had my alarm wake me up today which is highly unusual but I got up and got there.

I guess it's that kind of morning because it was really slow today.  Adonis had the entire side of his room to himself.  He didn't know which reflection to look at first.  He also had a straight shot to pose for the people out on the floor.  I don't think it gets any better for this guy.

Nudie came in a little late in the most dressed I've seen her.  She took up a bit of his space but she left early too so he was pretty much a very happy pig in the sty.

Pound was more abs today which I prefer.  My legs have been killing me with the yard work and moving and I was glad to give them a rest.

Power was also kind of a fast routine so I enjoyed that.  My back has been a bit twingy so I kind of kept the weight light on a few tracks to not aggravate it further.

I pulled out my seat cushion which makes me sit correctly at work.  I also found a massage chair cushion that I think is for a car seat that I have been using at night over the weekend to help me heal up a bit.  I don't like these nagging minor injuries.  I'm too young for this. Smiley Wink

Congratulations on your home improvements @DrKelli.

Still waiting to get back on my trails @MickD.

And I'm still looking to workout as often and well as @Mmsfoxxie@bopper, and @JudyL.
