Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

I agree with @Laura14 on the TSV.  Last year I just got overwhelmed with getting "stuff" and giving "stuff" to my mom and told her that from now on, our gifts are going to be 'experiences' instead of stuff.  One of the gifts I am giving my family this year is flocks of chicks through Heifer International.  They go to people internationally who then turn it into a sustainable business.  I wish they would do something like that in the US.  I gave a flock of chicks to my mom's friend who seriously didn't need anything and she was so thrilled.  I get updates on 'my' chickens throughout the year and I laugh every time I do.

@Laura14, I have some arnica cream that I just started putting on--it was super raw yesterday so even water in the shower hurt.  It is much better today.

Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

Yay, Bopper, for booking your trip. How exciting that you will see your grandbaby soon!

Yay, DrKelli, for getting classes to lead. You'll be great! I hope your injuries heal quickly.

Cold and cloudy today, as expected. It always is cold on trick or treat night. I hope the kidlets have fun despite the cold.
