Vonlam ~ It will be interesting to see how we both do with the TG......I will use it on days when I cannot run.....but if it kicks my arss.....I'll certainly use it more!

Hi everyone! What day is it...lol?! Have to think...Saturday...Happy Saturday!

Wow, did we have a trip up here yesterday, traffic was a nightmare. We expected DC, Baltimore, and NYC, but we didn't see the entire state of CT being a parking lot. I was starting to have a melt-down at one point and had a low-blood sugar attack...little did I know I had the hives coming on too which I'm sure didn't help anything.

Hotel is beautiful as is our view. Going to head out as soon as dh and Lucy finish their breakfast. I woke up at 5 broken out in hives.{#emotions_dlg.glare}{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Yesterday I walked Lucy a few times and did yoga...I really think that is helping my sciatica.

Lucy loves it here...she keeps trying to go in the water though...and she keeps eating the bird feathers so I hope she doesn't catch anything or get sick. You all will think I'm nuts, but the tears stung my eyes driving over the bridge, Zoe loved this place and I can't go anywhere here without memories of her(which is a good thing, just miss that girl).

We are heading down to Castle Hill, see if we can find some sea-glass. Going to hit the gym and do some weights...it's a nice gym except the windows are all swirled so you can't see out of them...I felt a little claustraphobic.

Morning Everyone!

It's been a while since I've checked in. Four workouts this week - 2 with the BodyBlade and 2 with TurboJam and Abs. Also did a stretching DVD twice this week. This morning I decided to start adding in planks. Oh my. I held it for about 13 seconds! LOL Not much but a start.

Work has gotten insane and I've been busy with other stuff so life is humming along. Hope everyone is doing well. Will try and catch up reading the posts this weekend. Thought I had a BBQ to go to today but found out it's next weekend! Ooops! Thank goodness I didn't show up today! LOL Then tomorrow is church and I'm having lunch with friends afterwards. In between all that are errands, grocery shopping, housework, laundry. I need a personal assistant. HAHA

Hi, Judy, good to see you. Patty, I hope you can relax and hives feel better soon. I bet Zoe is happy you took Lucy to a favorite place. Heavy weights done for the first time in about 10 days. Ouch, LOL.
