Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Hi Everyone! Bopper- yup, no yard to be seen. the snow depth is decreasing but there is still lots of snow. And more coming tomorrow. Boston recorded the most ever. And it's Ben cols- so discouraging. Patty- I picture you going crazy- you strike me as the type that does not like waiting for things to be fixed. I do hope things settle down for you. Nomless- you are so good about getting those workouts in. Any Capri days in sight? Future- you are always so busy! Well, as usual, I got nothing! I've been trying to get w/os in but it doesn't always happen. When I am short on time or ambition, I do T25 or Firm Express, and then chalean when I want to do weights. Keep smiling!

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Well, it's Friday. I'll be glad to see this week behind me.

tony...do you know me?Wink No, I'm not one to sit around and wait. I even have trouble getting my hair done, absolutely dread it...on reason my hair looks like it does right now.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}

Kids are getting snow this morning too, my gf might get 5 inches in Jersey, it's only March though. We have rain all day. {#emotions_dlg.glare}

I got groceries yesterday morning then went to the gym and my screen was black again. I kept checking it and it never came back on, we were doing the counter-offer on the house, ds being sick, etc., have to have a phone so over to the Apple store at the other mall I went. It was packed too. Had to wait an hour for it so I mall-walked...it was actually kind of fun...lol. I had to pay $129 to fix it...was not happy.

DS went to work yesterday, he called on way home, sounded terrible but he made it through the day and has today off, works tomorrow. The doctor said if he feels better each day, we won't stop any meds and ride it out.

Anyway, guess I'm going to CF this morning, then bible study, then have to REdo the gift-letter for the kids, and if I can stand my non-showered self by that point, I'll get a pedi. Oh, our house is Under-Contract, just have to wait for Appraisal and Inspection now...who knows what will happen with that. Then we go to PA next week to move the kids into their new house.

Thanks again for prayers ladies, means the world to me.{#emotions_dlg.wub} Hope you all have a wonderful Friday and that I don't die at CF. I shouldn't look at the wod before I go. I may do the Open wod with my gf instead of the daily one.

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Morning and Happy Friday! Checking in with my usual treadmill warmup and TG upper body and Abs dvd. We're at 38 here right now but said tomorrow and Sunday only in the 20's so we're winter here too.

Tony I think we'll be sticking together waiting for our sandals and capri's to break out. Boston has had a terrible winter.

Nomless got er done, that is all that matters!

Pppmint hoping your Friday goes better than your Thursday! LOL I also am very glad DS has the day off to rest up. Praying he continues to improve and you all get settled on the appraisal and getting them moved in.

FUTURE hi and waving on the opposite coast!

MICKD any trails today? Careful what you step over!

Canine walking with the pups today?

Guess it's shower time, not much going on here today but that's Ok too!

Have a great day!

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Busy day, but it's Friday. I just did 30 minutes in the gym. It was crowded, so I cut my session short. Now will make a quiche in my rice cooker for dinner. Happy weekend to all.

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Happy Saturday! Soooo glad to have that week behind me...lol. Went to re-buy the appliances that they had delivered last week that didn't work(not sure I mentioned that here), and they didn't have the one in stock that they had told us they did, and the lady gave us the wrong model # on the other one which we had put down in the counter-offer that we would have in the house. Also, they still haven't credited back the returned appliances to our card. So now we have to meet with a manager at 0900 this morning. {#emotions_dlg.mad}

I'm sore this morning! More my upper-body than lower and I did squats, dead-lifts, plyo lunges and squats, sprints, etc...but my upper-body needs it more so I'm happy with that.

Going to run this morning, think muscles are too sore for weights...play it by ear.

Tonight we're going to STOMP with a large group of friends, should be fun.

Hope everyone has a good weekend whether it be relaxing, limping along, shoveling snow, eating quiche, etc. Ugh, that stupid washing machine song is sooooo loud.

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Morning! Well it's snowing 2 inches so far- we are just backtracking here! Patty- I am glad things are settling a bit. How frustrating about the appliances. I never get how simple things can get so difficult. Good luck at that meeting. Bopper- yup, boots are still by the door! you seem to be liking you TG . my guff keeps telling me to get one - not sure what I want to do so have done nothing. Future- I know you are gonna be busy this w/e. Nomless-having a quiche sounds really good. You seem to cook tasty meals MickD- why is your foot still bothering you? is it something that can be fixed or are you at the best it's gonna be point? So when the snow stops we go into a colder spell - it keeps getting better! Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Patty - good luck with all your stuff.....Martinis anyone??? Ha! Have a great and safe Saturday everyone!!!

Re: Welcome to the March Exercise Check In

Hey all, not much going on here. Hubby worked until 3 pm and now we're watching a Lifetime movie. It's darn cold here. Wind chill was 1 this morning. So Tony I'm with ya on the snow and cold.

MickD sorry about your shin splints, those can hurt. My Logan collects everything in his fur too, sticks, burs, so I avoid that stuff if I can. Soon I'll be treating him for ticks too.

Nomless you are liking that rice cooker aren't you? Which brand is yours. I'd like to take a look.

Pppmint hoping your day is going alright getting the appliance thing situated. Enjoy Stomp tonight!

FUTURE I hope your weekend is going well for you.

Sun popped out for a bit so heading out with Logan.

Have a great weekend!
