Bopper - I find PiYo difficult but I am a beginner so you would probably do fine. I also like machines but truth be told, I seem to do better/exercise more regularly if I exercise at home with DVDs. However, I would love to have a total gym at home and actually think I would use it if I had the room. I do walk sometimes at a nearby park.
This morning the alarm went off and my body said no way! So will, hopefully, feel like doing the PiYo workout for today when I get home. Its "Buns" day! Oh boy! LOL
I won't mention that here in the Bay Area it's going to be in the high 70's today and high 80's tomorrow. Shall I send it your way Bopper?

Hi, all. I have nothing to report because yesterday afternoon and now today I'm waiting for a callback from my tax guy to go over some stuff. He was supposed to call me yesterday, but didn't. Late afternoon, I called and his assistant told me yes, I'm in the call list, but they're so busy my name hasn't floated to the top yet. I understand and it's not a big deal really. But I have to stick around and can't go work out. Maybe I'll do a Piyo later this afternoon.

Good evening everyone! Didn't even give myself time to think about it, as soon as I got home I got into my workout clothes and did my buns PiYo workout. Knew if I thought about it, started looking through the mail, etc., I'd be done for. So did my workout! Now hopefully I can get up in the morning and move! HAHA
Afterwards I took a quick shower and got into my jammies and now I'm waiting for NCIS to start. Have a good evening!

Still working the BodyGym and yoga last night. I think I might play hooky a bit and run to the bookstore for a good yoga book today at lunch. I have to say I'm enjoying not waking up at 4:30 every morning to make the 5am classes at the gym. I almost don't miss it and I think I am finally healing a bit. Hope springs eternal. We'll see.

Hello, it's snowing like a bandit here, againg the schools are closed. I have been shoveling a lot...but this morning rode 15 on the bike and did the BodyGym upper body. I like it too Laura.
Nomless hate waiting for people to call back, you never know when they will call or if.
Judy I'm not so sure PiYo would be easy for me! I think it's very challenging. Please send me warm weather. Yesterday 5 when I got up,,really? Today were in the 30's and more snow on Friday! So far March and April have been horrible. Then I see pictures of peoples trees flowering and green grass and please don't mention Mowing the lawn Hahha
My Tigers almost blew it last night. I mean seriously in the 9th inning we are up by 3 and the Closer lets in 3 runs...I mean I almost blew a gasket. They did win in 11 innings but it should never have happened.

Still getting better and still rocking the BodyGym along with some yoga. I am almost tempted to go out and walk this weekend but I don't want to push it. My arms are sore from all the rowing but my abs have never looked better.
You guys are tempting me about Piyo but from what I've seen of the tapes, I'm not sure it's for me. I kind of like the actual stop and stretch that the yoga class I used to have did. This didn't look like that. I thought about going to Centergy which is a version of Piyo at the gym and I decided not to because it is constant movement. I'm not ready for that.
Hope the weather is turning for some of you. We're back in cool weather again here in the South. I won't complain but I'd like to see Spring for more than a day every two weeks.

Good Morning all, it's another snowy morning and we sure do need the snow plows to go through this neighborhood! It's a mess!
Laura I so wish it was Spring here, we are like in December again. One neighbor has their Christmas tree lights on in their window, they never took it down. It looks like Christmas here. Same weather for tomorrow and early next week. Just have to roll with it because what can ya do right! Good job on the Bodygym and glad you are liking it. I like it too and you can see stronger abs can't you? Just the positions you use keeps the abs tight.
This morning I had a good breakfast of scrambeled eggs with chopped tomato, green onions, spinach, and green peppers with a side of turkey sausage so I had good protein. Trying to add good protein with each meal. Then I did 15 miles on my Xbike, takes me about 35 minutes and then did The Belly fit Workout of the day with Kristi ( the Proform rep from HSN) She has a club you can join and sends you a workout everyday to do along with affirmations to work on. She has 1 month for free so I signed up for it. Todays workout used weights and a stability ball. I did hamstring curls on the ball and glute lifts and then did back extensions and glute lifts again, then got the weights and did single arm rows. I used 15's and we just did it for 30 seconds per arm. It mixed up my workout somewhat but I will still incorporate my Bodygym into the day. I think the waist twists we do with it have helped my core.

@bopper I need that breakfast! I almost did an omelet today but I slept in and didn't have enough time before work. I have been so thrilled just to get through the night again I'm all about sleep these days.
You guys are inspiring me with the home and online workouts. I think I am about to do what I said yesterday and go play a little hooky at the bookstore right now and see what I can scrounge up. No one rat me out to Boss Satan now.

Good morning! Last night I did the core PiYo workout which is always a challenge for me. Wanted to get up and do today's workout this morning and get back to working out in the morning but I just couldn't get out of bed! I find when I work out in the evening, it seems to just whip my backside in the morning. Not sure why that happens. Anyway, will get back to morning work outs on Saturday. Tonight I'll do the lower body work routine and then tomorrow is a rest day for me.
Laura - hope you find a book you like and shhhhh, I won't say a word. That's great news about the Body Gym and your abs! You and Bopper are inspiring me to use my Body Gym again. Maybe I'll incorporate that a bit with the PiYo. If I remember right tho, the ab work out with that is really hard. I have the first Body Gym that came out not the most recent one so I think the DVDs are different.
Bopper - wish you could get at least some days with no snow - it's April for goodness sake! LOL

@JudyL I haven't even loooked at the DVD for BodyGym. I just do my own thing based on what I've seen her do on QVC. I'll have to pull it out now and see what she does.
Found a nice book in the bargain section for basic yoga poses. Ended up spending my gift card on a journal and a classic book of Irish folktales (I'm Italian but you just can't take me into a bookstore and ever make me leave without something) so I'll just have to make another trip and see what else they got.
