I have a weight belt that I wear for many workouts but mostly on the treadmill.  My belt is only 3 lbs.  On off days with that I sometimes use my hand weights (2 lbs each hand)  My doctor has told me at my age of 63 there is no need to go too heavy as that can do more harm than good.  I've been using these for years and I feel it's still gives me a good challenge.

Yes and I agree every little thing adds up and really helps as we age for keeping muscle tone and helping fight off osteoporosis and this is an easy add-on that anyone could do.

@LindaSal  @BluestarFL  and @lizzys Good to know you're finding lower weights are helpful and doctor approved....I think my 20lb experiment taught me that I need to start way lower in weight! For sure! Woman Frustrated

I might be interested in a vest, especially if it's designed to avoid breasts.   I like the weight distribution in the one posted.  Nice to learn about something different.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.
