I have tried numerous things to lose weight, but only lost a pound here and there. I have to lose 20-30 lbs in order to feel comfortable again, right now I'm just depressed that nothing is working. I eat fine and I do go to the gym, my thyroids are fine too according to my blood test. Years ago I took Phen fen and that worked wonderfully, but of course was bad fpr people. If there is anyone out there who could give me some kind of tip on supplements and what worked for them please let me know. I'm really getting to the point where I just want to crawl up in bed and do nothing. I'm not really fat 5'6 160 lbs, but enough to feel that way.
