It's just crazy it's week 3 already. The cigs have been gone, week 31 for those and now week 3 for WW. Time does not stop at all!
So far, almost 5#'s and yes, I think that's good but of course, I want more, who wouldn't?
What's really messing me up is they (WW) moved my points around, I'm down 1 point after the last weigh in. I guess that's normal to move your points around from week to week but it definitely surprised me.
This afternoon while I had some time just day dreaming, I checked out the points from McDonald's cheeseburgers or a big breakfast which I ate maybe 2 times a year. I was shocked, you can take the points from that big breakfast and use up all my points in one sitting.
I'm eating a lot more healthy, more veggies and fruits and overall that's a good thing.
Hope the other WW "newbies" are doing good too.
