A little late but I went to an early Saturday meeting with a different leader and she was funny. I don't think I ever laughed as much in all these weeks as last Sat morning. She was funny yet stern, I appreciated the fact that she pointed out you are not here to stay at your current weight until January (Holidays over) and pointed out that the "Holiday's" do not last for 6 wks straight. (No, I'm glad she said that or I would of thought that)
Anyway, she said people shouldn't quit, keep coming and find the inspiration from your fellow WW sitting next to you. She also told us it's OK to eat all the Halloween candy and then realized what she said.
So after a long Birthday week (yes, not a day but a whole week of a treat here and there) I lost just over a 1/2# but that's OK, at least it wasn't a gain.
Back on the wagon this week, need to really count every point, got a little lose with those lately, but I'm glad I recognized how lose I've been tracking and need to do a better job.
I sure don't understand my body at all, tops I had on 2 wks ago are tight and now my pants are lose....what the heck is going on. I just want it all to melt off of me and be gone!
