No wonder the number of people attending the meetings is down and substantially down, people get discouraged.
I used 10 of my activity points and gained 1/2# this week. I had over a 2# loss last week and now I think my body is correcting itself. This darn body, why can't it be a loss every week!
Salt, going out to eat (still being good), diet soda all could be responsible for lack of weight loss.
I'm bummed, one week didn't lose an ounce and now 1/2# gain......UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
