Re: Weight Watchers Community Forums

Thanks.  I'm not doing WW anymore, I'm just looking for specific people who used to post there.

Re: Weight Watchers Community Forums

I am a lifetime member at my goal weight and I get Connect for free along with free meetings. I very much enjoy Connect, lots of nice helpful people encouraging one another. I like the new program.

Im a Lifetime member of WW, too but I regained my weight and just couldn't get back on track this last time.  Since quitting, I'm back in control on my own.  I'm disappointed that I don't have access to their forums any more.  Sometimes reading them is what got me to rejoin.  Being/staying in touch.

All is well, though.  I workout 6 or 7 days a week now and eat usually modeling the WW Points plus plan.  I'm down 18 of my 30 lbs needed for goal.  It's all in the brain power.

@lexi Thanks for posting the Simply Filling site. I checked it out. Nice.

i had lost 7 pounds when I was sick but I know I gained probably 5 back so far. Just want to eat but lower fat to help my medical pancreas problem. I am glad that @VaBelle35 started this thread. Thank you also. 🙋🏻

Re: Weight Watchers Community Forums

It is great that you can do it on your own. I need the accountability of the scale and the encouragement of the group.

That's a great start @Yesyesyes568.  But, Maggie, I don't think you can expect the leader to know specifics of why you're gaining weight other than to help you maintain obedience to the plan.  It's good that you went to the doctor and got a diagnosis.

I'm so happy for you!

A bunch of us that had regular check-ins on the Simply Filling, Fitness, Make Connections, On The Smart Points Plan, etc. boards formed our own message boards with a similar format.

You can join us at http://wwmessageboards.freeforums.net/

I think the regulars who controlled the General Daily Thread have their own place now, named GDT something or other.

Re: Weight Watchers Community Forums

I have been attending weekly classes, and following the smart point plan using the WW app. I joined in December 2015, and have had great success. I think this is a very well thought out plan, and definitely liveable for my lifespan. I encourage anyone who is serious about a healthy eating plan to check the Smart Points out. Smiley Happy

To PilatesLover

I hope you read this but I must have spent half an hour trying to register to be on the message boards but it's impossible to do.

  Is there another way?
