I have been on WW since May. I lost 9 lbs. and now gained 2 back. I eat right, I weight train 3 times a week for 1 hour. I play Tennis 2 to 3 times a week. I have had blood tests and everything is working right. I just can't seem to get off ANY weight. I only need to lose about 5 lbs. I know that doesn't seem like much, but I have been trying for 3 years. I have been doing EVERYTHING. I was so excited with WW. I finally lost weight the first time in 3 years. Now I gained 2 back. It takes me over a month to lose 1lb. and about an hour to gain 1 back. I need help!
