What do you do now?  You take the diagnosis very, very seriously as it IS serious. You do exactly what the doctor tells you to do and you wait it out!!  If not it can turn on you and become bad enough to have to go into the hospital!  Please take care, take all the meds and don't over do it!  Hope you're better soon!
