Ok...hope this does not sound dim, but I want to get back to my walking routine since the hot weather (always an excuse) is ovahhhhh here in Boston.
I did a Breast Cancer Walk in July (ugh) for 6.2 miles in 1.5 hrs and really proud of that time for my age (62), and like doing that length of walk, but cannot do it often.
Would like to try and get 5 miles PER DAY in 4X a week.........do you get the same cardiac/weight loss benefit is you break it into (2 DAILY ) 2.5 mile walks vs (1 DAILY ) 5 mile????..................anyone out there a trainer???
