down 15 lbs. in 4 weeks!!!! It is a slow, steady loss. I have NOT been able to lose anything trying to just diet. The new points system seems to shift to more protein, less carbs, but healthy whole grains. In order to keep withing your points, thats where your food choices are better balanced. I think I will start the exercising nowm to kick it up a notch.... 15 lbs. less feels a lot better!!!
