WW Points Plus.....need your input, please

Okay, so I've been doing WW Plus Points on my own (don't belong online or go to a group). I know the basics; I have a WWPP calculator and my points allowed per day are figuring at 29. 150 lbs., 5'2" tall, 59 y/o female.

I've been doing everything right (at least I think I have) for one month now and haven't lost one stinkin' pound on the scale. But here's the thing....I KNOW my body is changing. My pants aren't as tight and even when I put my winter coat on this morning after not having worn it for a couple of weeks, it was looser around the hips. I only got around to measuring myself last weekend, and haven't seen any difference yet.

I'm eating lots of fruits and veggies (usually 3 servings of each per day), a chicken breast pretty much everyday for dinner and sometimes for lunch. I usually average 27 points per day. I drink 50 oz. of water per day (3 Ice Mountain bottles mixed with Wyler's Light drink mix).

A typical day:

Breakfast

16 oz. mug of coffee with Stevia and Coffee Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut creamer

1 container Carbmaster yogurt (low carb, low sugar, low fat, low calorie)

Either a Granny Smith apple or a banana

Lunch

3 vegetables (we eat at MCL Cafeteria pretty much everyday, so I usually have either steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, sauteed mushrooms, steamed cauliflower, spinach)

Sometimes a bread serving

Sometimes a chicken breast in place of one veggie

Snack

Fruit or a Fiber One chocolate and oats bar

Dinner

Steamed broccoli or cauliflower

Chicken breast

Snack

No sugar added Fudgecicle (2 single bars...okay, sometimes 3)

So, any suggestions for seeing some loss on the scales or should I just go on my merry way and hope it kicks in soon? TIA!
