@amyb I haven't paid any attention to the presentations because I thought it was another exercise equipment gimmick but will check it out next time I see it presented.  A couple friends have the other cubii exercise equipment where you sit and pedal.  They say its ok but not sure it was worth the money.  Could be they feel that way cuz they don't use it much! LOL

 

Yesterday the Arena Strength bands arrived.  Will try them out later today.  Also found out yesterday that I don't have to physically be back in the office until Mon. Dec 6th.  Wahooo!  So another couple months of working from home - I"m happy about that.  Even when I do go back, it'll be one week working from home, one week working in the office.  I"m happy with that.

 

Haven't done any workout yet but will later today at least try out the bands and see what they are like.

Happy Saturday, today was 40 minutes Glutes, Abs, and Arms on the reformer using a ball as a prop, then did Rosalies AbTober challenge ( you can find it on youtube) 50/50 challenge and my plank challenge.

 

@JudyL Cubbi is popular and Rosalie Brown has lots of workouts which incorporate hand weights while you are pedaling.  Getting on and off  and doing arms with bands and free weights.  Her mom joins her a lot of the time and it's not a flimsey piece of equipment.   Youtube Rosalie Brown Cubii workouts.

 

Took a ride to look at leaves again but most are now brown and dropping like crazy.

@bopper - I wasn't thinking of getting the TSV.  I"m sure its fine, just my friends didn't think it was worth the money for them.

Finished my workout for today, I did John Garey's 20 minute reformer workout with weights and a 20 minute intermediate spin ride with Kayleigh Cohen.

 

 It's a dreary day here and I have to start the dreaded closet switchover.  But still have to keep some summer things out because it's supposed to warm up next week.   

 

@bopper  Our leaves are just starting to turn.  Probably won't be peak for awhile.

Today I did a yoga routine and 20 minutes on the bike.

Happy Monday today was a intense workout HIIT workout on the reformer I had to stop for some of it...and that was 37 minutes and then did 30 minute intense on the rebounder with I Jump Instead Thunder Routine posted last night.  

 

@Spin2  I'm so happy you are here and posting!!  Yesterday lots of the leaves came off the trees as it was really windy. It's warm again today though and I know that will come to a big hault soon so taking it in now

 

@Laura14  I'm only going to post here it's easier for me.   I'm in so many groups it's hard to keep track of where I'm going Haha

Good morning!  Didn't sleep well last night so I felt I did good by getting up, showered, and dressed before I had to sign on at work.  Hopefully tomorrow I'll get a work out in.

 

Get my Covid booster shot after work today.
