Hi everyone!   Just a 45 minute walk today,  the 31st. 

Had a busy morning...barn, horses, and cleaned both bathrooms.

Weather still great, so i pushed myself out the door to go walk.

Well, its game 7 for the world series.. I'll be watching for sure..

 I would say we got about 70 plus trick or treaters. Just before 8 I shut my light off- and I have candy leftover..  The kids were very polite.

   We have Utube TV and they cancelled ESPN , Disney and our ABC station- negotiations for a new contract didnt' happen.. whcih means no college football on those channels or Monday night football. I can hear the sports Gods screaming now. Lots of people are on Utube TV ( different from UTube) And I would imagine would easily dump them if it comes to that..  it's always about power and money and not consumers.. although the consumers may have the last say on this if they dont' come to terms quickly.

  I made the zucchini bread yesterday and then took a nice walk in brisk sunny weather.

  Today I have a coffee meet up  and am going to make some Mexican cornbread for dinner.. and old recipe I found. 

  I ordered a jacket from Title Nine- based out of Boulder, CO. I want a jacket I can wear in the house and still pop outside if need be.  Not sure this will fit the bill.

 This company is all women.  And local.. I like that. 

 Sounds like the boot purchases were a success @bopper and @Laura14 .

  Enjoy this Sat.. and we may actually hit 76 tomorrow..the record for Nov 2 is 77.

@violet runner I am also on Youtube TV and I am missing my soap! 🤬 Do these people not know I have a GH thread to keep up with here? I hope your jacket works.

My LSU Tigers are in disarray so I thank them for sparing me those games, but I bought a pillow for next season with the QVC sale and free shipping today that I hope will double as a meditation goodie too. It looks perfect for that. 

Can you believe my other order actually shipped from the Q? 🎉 I decided to press my luck and go for order number two since I am done with my holiday and birthday shopping. It's all about gifting me. 🎁 Thank you for straightening out the Ontario warehouse @JudyL . Well done. 

I spent a lot of time with ChatGPT last night and we did a whole new program with my Mossa streaming classes and hiking with nutrition and hydration schedules. I am excited to get back to some self care and meal prep. I need to switch it up. I have literally been eating toast for a month and sipping protein drinks. 

I am going to try some of these bread recipes you all are trying. I am going to make a pot pie with mushroom soup and roasted vegetables and crackers and maybe some homemade bread again. It's a cooking day! 

I am also going to try Aldi again at some point. They are literally around the corner and people are raving about them again. I went once when they first opened and did not get it. They supposedly have avocadoes for 55 cents so I may pop over and take a look see. 

I have not watched the World Series, but Game Seven? I am so there, girlfriend! I think Fox is still speaking to Youtube. Even though 8pm is my bedtime. 🤣

But, if they have that nonsense pitching graphic, I'm out. I remember one year they did that, and I literally could not watch. I know where the strike zone is and so does @bopper 's son. I wish they would put the games back on radio. Best way ever to listen to a baseball series.

Good morning.  Cloudy and chilly day here.  My heater came on, which I wasn't expecting and at first I couldn't figure out what the "noise" was.  LOL  

@Dazlin - Had a training session yesterday and my trainer and I decided that the rowing machine is not for me right now.  I'm fine with that.  She demo'd it for me and I could tell by watching her that that machine will have to wait a while.

Thought I might go to the gym today as my trainer added a couple machines onto my routine and wanted to use them while I still remembered how.  LOL  However, I'm not so sure thats going to happen.  Feeling kinda lazy this morning.

@bopper - Enjoyed watching the game last night.  It made it more fun knowing that was your son behind home plate.  Will watch again tonight.  

@Laura14  - We don't have Aldi out here in CA.  Wish we did because I hear so much about it from my East coast friends.  Good luck on your adventure into the store.

Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful Saturday.  Feel like with all thats going on, we all could do with some peace and calm and normalcy again.

@violet runner Title Nine Yes!   I have ordered from there before but didn't know there was one in Boulder, here we go again enabling... Which jacket is it?  Another downfall for me Haha!  

@Laura14 I may have to wear the boots soon, it's freezing out.   We have an Aldi about an hour from here, not worth the gas to drive an hour, kind of defeats the purpose.  We went once and really were not impressed.

My son did a great job we thought and we admit when we think he's missed a call but thank goodness nothing close at the plate last night.  I'm glad it is a game 7 though, I get baseball withdrawl.   And they are not showing the Lion/Viking game here now because instead they put on their beloved Packers!!!!!!!!

@JudyL glad you found out though that the rower isn't on the agenda right now.  Thank you for watching it does seem like it kind of connects us in a way 

I save recipes, and then when I go to find them why can't I find them.  They are all under "recipes" and I can't find what I"m looking for and of course I already have the ingredients.  It was a broccoli and pasta skillet and I can't find it.  I bought heavy cream and everything! 

Oh I did 30 minutes of rebounder today, and calling it good.  Feeling a little stressed today, not sure why it just happens so needed something that doesn't stress my body more than it feels already.

I agree also with @JudyL we all can use some normalcy and peace!

@bopper - the title nine jacket is the sawtooth full zip fleece jacket- $149- in oak moss.

I ordered the half zip with the hood and it came and I thought too heavy although I liked it was longer.. I just knew I wouldn't wear it as much and for the price, I want to wear it frequently... I'll let you know- its pricey , but their stuff lasts.. Sort of like LLBean and the like.

Hi everyone!!  No walk for me today...went out early on errands,  I took my time, didn't need much so it was actually pleasant. 

Had to pick up refill med for my ears...really not liking the side effects and no help as of yet.  At least my weight stayed the same 🙄 it can cause weight gain.   Been having alot of body aches, so i may see about taking a break if it continues and see if it's actually from the meds.  

I bought cushion memory soles for my sneakers ...will see how that feels.   Last night I literally couldn't sleep...my feet felt on fire and aching...weird.

  @bopper , i watched some of game last night...it was a pleasure to see your son!  Looks tall and slender 😍.   Will he umpire throughout the world series games, and how bout tonight??

Ohhh...@bopper...about you friending on FB...have you tried unfriending  him...and then go back and friend him again...maybe it's locked in his old tablet/computer and now he's got a new one...??

Im not on FB.  i went off years ago...but just a thought.

@JudyL ...sounds like a smart move about the rower...you dont need it anyway...its a good exercise for the upper back and lats...you really do have to be careful on it.   I popped something very very painful and it set me back several weeks....I couldn't even put socks on.  I wound up with a chiropractor for several visits.  I was only im late 30's early 40 ish..doesn't matter....one wrong move, it's over.  But i was going really heavy on the weights.    Maybe you'll attempt the pull down again ( lat machine)...that'll get that muscle group.

   Still great weather here, was 49 this morning, very unusual, but we're up in 70' s again, verrrrry strong warm sun.

 Having to take extra care of Breezie AGAIN...shes been very sore, lame.  Doing her feet and giving her extra stall rest.  I put her on anti inflammatory pain med...I hate seeing her like this.  Having to be extra careful working on her too...she's trying to kick.

I really dont need this 🤬.

@violet runner ...im going to make pumpkin bread again tomorrow...ill add walnuts.

I bought chocolate chips too...idk if I should add them....what do you think??

I know they'd be great with banana bread....not sure for pumpkin??
