Re: WELCOME TO THE NOVEMBER EXERCISE THREAD

Happy Saturday, well I worked out because I knew if I didn't do it first thing I won't do it.   I did the bike, some weights, and vibration plate.

Started to take down the Fall stuff and put out the Christmas stuff.  It should be a happy time, but my lights won't stay on my fireplace mantle, garland is falling off, command hooks lost their stick and are too small LOL, need I go on!  I'm taking a break, and can I say my house is a disaster with half of the Fall ready to go into totes and half the christmas to come out.

@Dazlin thank you for telling me you brown it first, that's a good idea.  It does keep it moist in a crock pot.

@violet runner I have done a whole chicken in it, but my skin ( which I do not eat) usually is more of a blonde color not brown, but it's not dry so that's the main thing.

I'm glad hubs is at pickleball, him in my way isn't what I want today!

@JudyL Your little kitty may decide he has a new nap area!!

Regarding wrapping paper why does it always tear at the corner of a box, that sets me off LOL, I think it's because first off the paper seems really thin, and the corners just cut it up.

Round 2 may start tonight, so they said.  Oh can't wait!  Said no one ever haha.

Pretty yes, but driving on it not so much!

Guess I better get back to the mess, and Da Bears!!!   Wow hey!

A pic of Willow checking out the tree.  My DD helped me figure out how to post a pic.  Not sure I could ever do it again though.  LOL

@bopper,

Nice picture. Again I am happy to see you are keeping this great thread going. Many folks need a group to keep them motivated when it comes to exercising regularly, and your group has done exactly that for many years here now.

To everyone here: "keep on keeping on"

Re: WELCOME TO THE NOVEMBER EXERCISE THREAD

@JudyL  What beautiful kitty.. You captured her curiosity sniffing the tree. And the tree skirt- wonderful tradtion to have  under your tree.

We didn't get much snow- yet.. a dusting- but it's bitter cold. I got out for a walk but not until 1pm yesterday.. and not as far as I planned.  I like to exercise in the mornings,, so going in the afternoon- my energy level much lower.

Today its football- Broncos don't play until this evening. I am going to meet a friend for a few hours.
And @bopper  and @Laura14  you'll be happy to know  you inspired me to at least get organized to wrap presents.. I got them into boxes and different piles  ready to wrap and I found my paper etc.. Did I actually wrap- no! HA! Baby steps, girls, baby steps!

Happy Sunday everyone on this last day of Nov.

Re: WELCOME TO THE NOVEMBER EXERCISE THREAD

Hello this last day of November!  That went fast!   Today was pretty snow, and blustery outside.   Shoveled, snow blowed, and did some upper body with weights, vibration plate, and reformer.  Made a crockpot spinach ravoli, turned out pretty good!

@JudyL Willow is so cute!!! Thank you for sharing a picture with us!

@violet runner from what I heard this winter here will be colder and snowier than last winter.

@mrshckynut thank you so much for always encouraging me to keep this thread going. Hope all is well and hockey is happening!
