Hey hey, today was a spin day 30 minutes with Kaleigh and it was dang hard.  I basically followed along but way slower than her.  Then did Day 2 of Studio Sweat Abs/ core workout about 17 minutes and a 15 minute reformer mobility workout.

Had the last of the chili for dinner.  Heavy snow predicted and they said a Colorado low.  

Black Friday sales started so early.   Cyber Monday too now.

Keep pluggin along!

Did a short weight routine last night and then a thirty minute class this morning.

Good. Morning, everyone.  Rainy, windy and gloomy today but it's in the forties at least.

No funeral yet!  My sister has a GoFundMe going for my nephew since he had no insurance and she has no money.  I have four sisters that contributed (myself and one other contributed a LOT) to the cause but still not enough.  After the ninth day, the funeral home will be charging $100 a day for storage so he might end of cremated after all.  

My brother's funeral will be December 1st.  Once the body was found we had to wait for him to be picked up by a cremation service because we thought he'd have to be cremated since, he too, had no insurance.  His social security number had to be found.  One of my sisters, who he had designed his power of atty had to do a lot of digging to do what he gave her no information to do.  Nothing, yet he kept saying he thought he was gonna die soon.  Never told us what was wrong with him....he refused to tell us.  Then the boss of another sister came to his rescue to pay for his funeral....she said it was because he was a vet.  That sister lives in another city so the back and forth took awhile.  Being a veteran, he gets a free burial at a memorial gravesite. Anyway, it's almost over.  Do people realize how much trouble they leave behind when they don't let family know what they need to know.  His two grown sons knew nothing because he was estranged from them.  My brother was weird.  

II think I'll do a Leslie Sansone workout today.  I'll probably tune her voice out, anyway.  Have a great day everybody!

Good morning!  @Mmsfoxxie , what a mess!  I'm sorry you are having to deal with all of that.

Speaking of funerals--so I'm sure you remember that I was part of a Dancing with the Breast Cancer Stars event last year, along with 11 other women (because we were calendar girls!)  The actual event was a s*** show.  It was unorganized, the food was not good, I've never received any of the official pictures etc.  Well, anyway--one of the other women, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer and didn't like the way chemo made her feel, so stopped. Then when she decided she in fact wanted to live and started treatment again--well, it was too late.  She passed away on November 10.  Her funeral isn't until December 7.  IT IS OPEN CASKET!!!  That is almost one month after she passed!  I'm both horrified and curious.  

I just had to get that out in the open.

We had a pretty good storm overnight--it finally finished snowing, so my exercise will be shoveling for 20 minutes.  The only good thing about 'winter' snow is that it is pretty light.  We got a couple of inches.  It is really cold though.

Tomorrow, I have a dance lesson and I guess I have to go into the office.

Hey everyone, today I am sore so only did a little bit on my Pilates chair.  Tomorrow is a strength workout from the calendar and I'll see if I want to ride bike.  Maybe not.  Low on fuel today.

Dark and gloomy here all day.

@DrKelli Open casket are you kidding me.  They wouldn't even let me see my dad and it had only been 4 days!  Dad did get cremated after that 4 days but I had wanted to see him and they said absolutely not.  Still nothing from insurance on his house so there it sits all burned up inside.

@Mmsfoxxie  so sorry you are dealing with all this stress it sounds like a mess.   It's hard to focus, just ask me!

@Laura14 Hope you like the vacuum.  Wish I could afford a Dyson animal vac.  Logan is shedding terrible.  Has groomer next week ( he hates going)

I'll get my last post of the month in! I did come into the office today. I think it is ridiculous to drive down here when I can get the same work done at home. I know many feel the same way.

I will get my exercise in as I have a dance lesson at 3.

It is really cold here--my computer says it is 26 degrees. But at least it isn't snowing. I just have to pray we don't have a storm until after I get back from my trip. I've been on cruises that we have had a blizzard 2 days before I came home and it's no fun shoveling your car out.

I can't believe we are 31 days to a new year! Hope you are all having a good day!!

Hey Hey it's Wednesday! Today was a Pull Day with Studio Sweat On Demand and it was 50 minutes long and at the end I had no gas left in the tank! So if this doesn't change me I don't know what will. Then doggie walk and wind chill is 16!

Hoping everyone had a more relaxing day today! I hugged Dads Honor Flight Jacket Today. Miss him so much!
