I’m late posting today, but wanted to say hi! Just came from the gym and I wasn’t into it. Hope y’all have a great weekend.

Good morning, all. @bopper , looks like your area wins the worst weather so far this year with @DrKelli @a close second....so far. Winter isn’t over yet and I’m praying that my area doesn’t get another bout of -26 degrees and/or a snow storm.
Ok, so now I think I know what Pound is, lol. I kept meaning to ask you @Laura14. I just saw a health segment on one of the news shows talking about it. Turns out, I’ve done it several times with my Body & Sculpt instructor who liked to have us guessing what he’s going to give us any given Tuesday. (Just did it this past Tuesday). He gives us lime green drummer sticks to use and we love it! Totally drenched with sweat when we’re done. Wish he’d offer it more often.
Be strong, @RubyNoel .
I have to mention my Red Hatter group. They are a feisty group, lol. One stood up to announce that she was 87 this month. She still travels a lot, locally and long distance. Most of these ladies seem to have very good pensions, apparently, lol. I know they, for the most part, are highly educated and busy. The negative side is that everything on the agenda is discussed too long because they use the scenic route. (Like I do on here, lol). It’s all good, though, because I usually leave after about two hours whether they’re finished or not.
Saturday Zumba this morning with maybe a walk afterwards. @bopper, not only do you get the worst weather award but the most workouts award. And consistent. Take a bow, girl. 😊
Have a great day!

Hi Everyone. Thought I would check in. Whew, what a week its been. Huge stress, tears, panic, anxiety all rolled into one. Someone has stolen my SSN and has used it to claim me as a dependent on their Federal tax form. Found out last weekend when I went to file my tax returns and both the Fed and State returns were rejected. The Fed rejection code stated that I was already claimed as a depedent on someone's tax return so therefore couldn't claim myself on mine. Uhmmm, no. No one can claim me as a dependent. So it's been a crazy week of phone calls, going online, etc. At least whoever did this did not try to file a State return so was able to file that one but had to do so by mail. Then was able to file my Fed Tax return but had to fill out a form to attach to it reporting why and the fraud, etc, and also had to file by mail instead of online. Have filled out a police report but its also be recommended that I file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. Then today I went to check my Social Security account and for some reason it wouldn't let me, said that they couldn't open a "my social security account" with the number I gave them and I had to call them. Can't do that until Monday but I'm hoping no one has been trying to claim payments or use my number fraudently with the Social Security Administration.
I do have two credit watch protection agencies supposedly watching my credit but don't think they watch my SSN - lesson learned to make sure that happens. Of course none of these places are open on weekends, so will be trying to call all of them from work tomorrow.
I'm emotionally spent, tired, stressed and when I get this way, I don't work out nor do I eat right. I just sort of shut down. So this past week nothing got done other than dealing with all of this, going to work and coming straight home. Hoping this week I'll feel more like doing something. I know its important when stressed to work out and I'll try to get in a day or two but trying is all I can promise at this point.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

@JudyL Just saying HI! Don't see you post much on the Travel Forum, so just wanted you to know I've been thinking of you.
Sorry for all that is going on right now in your life. Hope everything will be looking up for you soon.

Thanks for checking in. I'm hoping things settle down soon also. Will try and get over the to the Travel forum soon and see how everyone is doing.

Good morning everybody.
Oh boy, @JudyL . I have no words strong enough to tell you how sorry I am this has happened to you! Stress can might about so many other problems. I hope this gets straightened out soon. I’m afraid about getting my taxes done but hadn’t thought of this kind of stuff. I’m worried about how much I’m going to have to pay back. Good luck.
Very strong wind storm here yesterday and half the night. I hope all of the roof shingles are still intact. Power was out for about five hours. That was during the day, thank God.
This is Monday so I’m doing Senior a Cardio and Strength & Motion classes on tap. Looking forward to them. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning, all!
Oh @JudyL , that is awful. We had a phishing attempt here at work a few years ago and someone got everyone's SSN. It was a huge pain. I had already filed my taxes, but then I got a letter that someone had requested my tax transcript (to see if I had filed taxes) and I spent awhile on the phone with the IRS. I will tell you that you can request that you need a PIN to file from now on. It comes by letter. I file electronically and just need to plug that number in when I submit. It takes forever to get this fixed. It's happened to other people I know too. Good luck though. I hope you get it fixed and double down on monitoring.
I ended up doing some cardio yesterday at PF. Saturday, I got plenty of workout shoveling 8 inches of heavy wet snow off my driveway and my neighbor's. I did get out my snow blower, but because it is electric, it is troublesome moving the cord with every pass. I'm really thinking about getting a gas powered one for next year and just making it my business to do the entire neighborhood.
Watched some of the Oscars last night, I thought it was okay. I didn't miss a host. After the opening and the first award, it dragged on and on. I think all those award winners deserve their moment, but it sure makes for lousy viewing.
This week, just the usual stuff. I'm under a big deadline at work (self-imposed) and need to crank out an application for a prestigious safety award. I need to get the draft done by Friday so that I can get a mentor in place before I leave. The actual application is due on May 1.
Hope you all have a great day--waving to @Mmsfoxxie , @bopper , @RubyNoel , @Laura14 and anyone else who happens to pop in!

Hey everyone, I am literally digging out, this is no joke. Over 200 inches of snow here now. 75 inches in February alone! Yesterdays storm was the storm of all storms....60 mph winds on top of the snow falling, no power, trees down, roofs caving in... It's been terrible hence why I wasn't on here yesterday.
I did to a TG workout this morning and a rebounding workout on the reformer, then more shoveling. It's not even March and we still have that to get through.
Our mailbox was buried so digging that out, no where to put the snow, the roads are down to 1 lane in town, and the parking meters are not visable. I just am so over this!
Judy I do have to say I am so sorry for all this trouble you have gone through with your SSN, I would be having major anxiety, I have it anyways but if this happened I'd need medication. I jope you can get this straightened out and nothing was compromised.
I need to sit here a bit with coffee and just be quiet. Kind of overwhelmed with all this.
I did read the posts but my fingers are so cold I am having trouble typing. Everyone stay safe out there!

@DrKelli think I've heard of that pin number before. Saw a box across from my signature line on my IRS tax form that asked for some protection code. How do you go about asking for such a pin number?
02-25-2019 01:54 PM
You have to call the IRS, explain all about your SSN being compromised and ask that you get a PIN to file your taxes. Once you go that route, you have to have a PIN every year. I get my letter in plenty of time to file my taxes early. I had a great IRS representative, she was very helpful.
