Good afternoon.  It's a beautiful day here.  Went for a 30 minute walk just before lunch.  Got home and was so hungry, I ate whatever I could get my hands on.  So not sure the walk did much good!

Thank you everyone, I'm am so stressed!  My husband needs a defibrillator/pace maker installed.  He is a 7 year open heart survivor.  His arteries where they did the open heart are still good but the scar tissue caused this electrial issue.   Hearing he was in cardiac arrest just about sent me over the edge but thank the Lord and I mean that he was where someone could help him.   

Will keep you updated when I can!  Love to all!
