I was taking the amount recommended , 15 drops kind of half a dropper full. and the lab said high on the result also I can't afford health care so I just do a panel of blood tests yearly last one was 18 months ago and my number was 495 , well I will back off the supplements and re test in a couple of moths , thanks for the input .

I hope you right I also take vit d and it's 80 now so that's ok will see what this new thing is 🙄

That's the problem I can't afford healthcare I did this on my own so kind of on my own fir now , if it dies not come down I will have to go to the dr.

a normal b12 level is 200 to 500 so you may want to back off the supplements some. However, a high level is not dangerous unless it persists - then it can be a sign of some diseases.

My doc did a Vit B level on me a few months ago because I complained of poor memory and the results were very high. I do take B vit. supplements and the Doc didn't  tell me to stop them, so I just don't take them every day.
