I eat plenty of fish, maybe four meals a week or more. Fish is very high in B12.  

 

Not all animal products high in B12 come from the hoof animals.

 

I also don't consider 39% of adults who are low in B12 to be the majority of people.

 

If your diet I still lacking or you have medical concerns, it's better to be checked before you self supplement.
