Did Not work for me! In fact they did absolutely nothing. Has anyone else tried these?

Yes, I tried these and they did absolutely NOTHING for me either! Have tried other forms and doses of melatonin and nothing works!

Not enough melatonin. I use Natrol melatonin 10mg time release. There’s another brand i think it’s called Thur Night it’s 12 mg also time release.

3mg of melatonin works for me.

I sometimes use 5mg, but it took some time to make a difference.
Now I don't use it much at all. I finally feel like I learned how to get to a deep sleep and stay there.

i use it mainly to help fall asleep. i take it about an hour before i want to be asleep. i dont have any problems staying asleep.

I use a melatonin sublingual lozenge at night....I take about 25 mgs. I sleep much better.

Did nothing for me so I got some melatioin and it also did nothing.

Melatonin has the opposite effect on me.
Use Nyquil cold and flu when desperate.
Yes I know it's a bad choice.
Really, really would love a good nights sleep.
I can fall asleep easily but after 4 hours, I'm wide awake.

The stuff with alcohol, like NyQuil, can help you sleep, especially if you take a lot of it. Melatonin works but only if you take a sufficient amount; what’s sufficient is different for everyone.
My iPhone has a program on it called Bedtime. I have found it very helpful. Check it out if you have access to it...I prefer not to use any drugs or supplements if I can avoid them. I also found out stopping any caffeine after 5pm makes a huge difference for me. I can go to sleep but can’t stay asleep if I have any after that time.
