I'm seeing ads for them ... supposedly improve your memory and brain function.  It's a rather good idea ...  IF they actually work.   They are rather pricey,  almost always over $20 for a small bottle.

Has anyone taken them?  What feedback can you give us?

My mother fell for those ads some years ago and she faithfully took the pills.  From our viewpoint they did nothing for her.

I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Think about it. If there was a medication to improve brain function physicians would be using it. It would be all over the news.

No, there is no such medication, a waste of money. You are being taken in by false information, lies.

If there was something that actually worked, we would have heard.  I suspect the best advice is the usual, all that and sunscreen 🤣

I do think eating right, weight, exercise, sleep and managing stress is the best we can do.  Oh, that sunscreen.

Brain exercises are better .... word games, memory teasers, etc etc.  Prevagen is prescription, and had to go through the FDA approval process.  I wonder if anyone here hss taken that.

The company you are talking about has been sanctioned by governing bodies for misrepresentation of its product's effectiveness. Any trials that have been conducted showed that the product had absolutely no positive effect. If you go to Consumerlab.com and read their report on this, its scathing. Save your money.

Do some research on MCT Oil.  Your brain is made of fat and needs fat to thrive.  MCT is great for that.  Next, look into Acetyl L-Carnitine and Astaxanthin.
