We ordered this 28 day plan when presented on Jan 10. 2nd ship was supposed to go out Feb 10. It has bumped daily! ...and again today!

I first called CS on the 11th, then the 12th (he sent e-mail inquiry to get it released),

then the 14th (she said e-mail wouldn't have been seen til 14th but would get released as soon as NS was told)

...remember, Nutrisystem actually does the shipping of this...

called the 16th (CS person Sally said 9:15am memo said shipment would definitely be release on the 17th) and if you remember...this same Nutrisystem program was sold on air on the 16th!!!!!,

on 17th it bumped to the 18th! called on 17th (CS person Jerry said,oh it still may ship, just wait (heard that much?)

Now, also in the course of these conversations, it was also suggested that I contact Nutrisystem since they do the actual shipping. Well, of course I did make the point that I am Q's customer and Q is NS's BIG customer so there is a HUGE customer service problem (but always being nice to the CS people because they are not the bad guys here) Well today I actually did "try" calling NS...guess what...if you choose the selection that you are a Q customer it tells you to call Q CS And if you take any other option, after a 10 minute hold they can't help you because "you aren't in their system"

So, after all this, we are still waiting. I'm not using this myself. My son is, to get back in shape for the bike racing season and he did very well on the first series.

Sorry for the long rant but it has been VERY FRUSTRATING
