@Brisky , you need to identify what the issue is. It could be several things. If you can, you should see a physiotherapist. He/she will give you exercises to strengthen the muscle and for pain relief. Good luck. LM

I definitely agree with the posters here. You need to get it checked. An MRI or X-ray. I have shoulder issues physical therapy always helps me. Good luck.

Have you tried ibuprofen or a topical ointment to address the inflammation in that area?
